Vector Space Systems, an aerospace manufacturing company, secured a 25-year lease in Tucson.
With the new company calling Tucson home, it is adding 200 jobs over the next three years.
The company's CEO Jim Cantrell says they have already received 800 resumes and are in the process of hiring mechanical engineers and skilled manufacturers.
He says the jobs will have an average salary of $75,000.
Cantrell says the company is also accepting bids for construction.
