Teams representing the United States and Mexico will participate in a Special Olympics soccer event Friday.
Festivities in the USA-Mexico 7-a-Side United Futbol Invitation start at 8:30 a.m. at Kino Sports Complex, 2500 E. Ajo Way, with opening ceremonies, and continue throughout the day, concluding with a 6 p.m. dinner.
On Saturday, activities resume at 9 a.m. with competition games and conclude with another 6 p.m. dinner.
