UPDATE: Northbound left lanes reopen on I-19 near Ruby Road exit

PHOENIX, Ariz. — PHOENIX, Ariz. - The northbound lanes on Interstate 19 closed at post 12 near Ruby Road exit due to a deadly crash.

According to Arizona Department of Transportation, the southbound lanes are still in use and the northbound left lanes have reopened.

There is no estimated time when the rest of the lanes will reopen.

Drivers traveling in the area should expect delays.
