Upcoming vote to consider road repair bond

This week the Pima County Board of Supervisors will consider whether to submit a road repair bond to voters this November if the half-cent sales tax does not pass.

In order to pass, the vote has to be unanimous.

County Administrator Chuck Huckelberry says if the board turns down both the sales tax and bond election, the county will be out of options for funding a comprehensive road repair plan.
