The University of Arizona's 2018 homecoming week is in full swing and will last through Saturday, October 27.
A Mountain was lit Sunday night as a symbol of glowing Wildcat pride and is a special tradition that always kicks off homecoming week. It is the first of many events going on throughout this week across campus.
Some of those events include:
- Alumni of the Year Awards
- 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, October 26
- Student Union Grand Ballroom South
- Homecoming Bonfire and King & Queen Crowning
- 7:30 p.m. on Friday, October 26
- West side of Old Main
- Wildcat for Life Tailgate Party
- 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 27
- UA Mall, Corner of Cherry Avenue and University Boulevard
- Homecoming Parade
- 3:45 p.m. on Saturday, October 27
- UA Mall
Many are excited for Saturday's football game when the Wildcats will host Oregon. The game starts at 7:30 p.m. and will be on ESPN.
