Second man arrested in connection with home invasion

Two men have been arrested in connection to a home invasion from Tuesday afternoon in the 6000 block of South 1st Avenue.

As officers responded they observed suspects running from the scene. SWAT was called and also responded to the scene.
 
At 11:40 a.m. they received a call from a neighbor who saw fighting between two men and a woman. 
 

Per TPD: Two armed men broke into a house on 1st & Bilbly looking for drugs & money. Roughed up woman inside, one man detained, one ran off

Two Hispanic men forced entry into the woman's home looking for drugs and money.

The woman suffered minor injuries from the incident. 
 
Police later identified one of the men as 28-year-old James Palomarez. He was booked and is facing four felony charges of armed robbery, aggravated assault, kidnapping and first-degree burglary.
 
As detectives continued their investigation, they were able to identify the second suspect.
 
They located and arrested 25-year-old Bracamonte. The second gun believed to be involved was also located when they arrested Bracamonte.
 
He has been charged with the same charges as Palomarez.
 
Sunnyside High School and Sierra Middle School were placed on a precautionary lockdown.\
