TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Gabriel Cunningham, 19, has been sentenced to three and a half years following an incident involving stolen RV's back in April.

On April 12, two RVs were stolen from a show at the Park Place mall put on by Freedom RV. Both of the RVs were found and returned to Freedom RV by Tucson Police.

Witnesses spotted the first of the stolen RVs on Monday afternoon on the 500 block of East 9th Street.

A witness told Nine On Your Side two men pulled into the parking lot of the complex around 2 p.m. to park the RV, then the witness called 911. Police arrived to speak to the witness, that is when they found one of the suspects walking down the street. Police detained the first suspect, but about one hour later the second suspect also walked down the street. He ran away, but police were able to detain him too.

Tucson police arrested Cunningham and 20-year-old Jesus Robles Monday.

Cunningham faces charges of third-degree burglary, theft of a means of transportation, and also a separate auto theft charge from an outstanding warrant. He is still in the Pima County Jail.

Tucson police then arrested 44-year-old Jeffrey Puterbaugh for stealing the other missing RV.
