According to a recent survey by WalletHub, Tucson is ranked 14th out of 182 cities in the nation for 'Best Cities for Singles."
While nightlife options and attractions may be opportunities to get to know your date, it can be costly. According to the survey, the average cost of a date is $102.32. However, living in Tucson has its perks because of lower costs of meals, movies, and grooming. The Old Pueblo also has a number of attractions, restaurants, shopping, clubs and the perfect weather year-round for your date. The city is ranked 38th for this category.
While fun, recreation and economics may be accessible, it helps to have someone to go with on dates. Tucson ranks 13th for date opportunities based on the single population and those who have active accounts through online, mobile or social media profiles seeking romance.
As for the best city for singles, Atlanta, Georgia takes the top spot while Brownsville, Texas is at the bottom of the totem pole.
