Tucson Pops Orchestra is celebrating its 63rd season of free concerts in the park.
The orchestra will perform five shows for the spring season beginning on Mother's Day.
The public is invited to enjoy "Music Under the Stars" at the DeMeester Outdoor Performance Center in Reid Park, on Sunday evenings beginning at 7:00 p.m.
The concert schedule is as follows:
- May 14 – Mother’s Day and Stars of the Future – Featuring exceptional young talents Kai Skaggs, violinist and Ryan Chen guitarist.
- May 21 – Tucson Arizona Boys Chorus under the direction of Dr. Julian Ackerly
- May 28 – Memorial Day Weekend- John Philip Sousa in the Park
- June 4 – Guest Artist – Crystal Stark, vocalist
- June 11 – 1812 Overture
