The Tucson Police Department is holding a training session on Thursday to teach people what to do in case of an active shooter situation.
The training is open to the public is for anyone who wants to be prepared for this type of emergency.
The session will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the police station located near the intersection of Miracle Mile and Flowing Wells at 1310 W Miracle Mile.
