Tucson Police Department are using the Grinch to send out a holiday reminder.
TPD made a video that shows the Grinch stealing someone's presents left in an unlocked car. They want to remind people to be careful and if you see something, say something.
The Grinch in the video ends up getting arrested because someone called the police when they saw the green Who doing something suspicious.
The caption of the video says "Don't let the Grinch ruin your holiday season."
