TUCSON, Ariz. - Tucson police have now arrested two men they say killed another man at a hotel April 18.
33-year-old Cassius Mason and 29-year-old Jose Alvarez are facing 1st-degree murder charges in the killing of 34-year-old David Jimenez.
Police were called to reports of a shooting at the Raddison hotel at 6555 E. Speedway just before noon on April 18.
They found Jimenez with obvious signs of gunshot trauma.
He was taken to Banner University Medical center where he later died of his wounds.
Investigators worked throughout the night and arrested Cassius Mason early this morning.
As they continued their investigation they identified and arrested Jose Alvarez.
In addition to 1st-degree murder, both men are also facing charges of armed robbery, aggravated robbery, kidnapping and prohibited possessor.
