Tucson Police are looking for a missing vulnerable adult.
TPD says 20-year-old Sidney Francisco was last seen today at 11:15 a.m. at the Home Depot on Oracle and Limberlost.
Francisco is described as being 5'4" tall and weighing 131 pounds.

Francisco was last seen wearing all black clothing. He walks slow and has impaired speech.
