Tucson Police officers are investigating a shooting that happened on the south side.
According to Sgt. Peter Dugan, it happened in the 700 block of W. Aviation.
The call came in around 4:20 p.m.
Two men were involved in an altercation and gunfire was exchanged.
One was shot and taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The other man is still at large.
Neighborhood streets in the area are shut down.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
