Tucson Police detectives are investigating a body found in the desert area northwest of the intersection of South Wilmot and Interstate 10.
The man was found in an encampment near the railroad tracks, according to a news release from TPD.
The case is being treated as a homicide. The identity of the victim is unknown, the news release said.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
