Tucson Police Dept. holding active shooter awareness presentation

TUCSON, Ariz. — The Tucson Police Department is holding an active shooter awareness presentation November 21.

The free event runs from 6-8 p.m. at the Westside Police Service Center. That's at 1310 West Miracle Mile, Tucson, AZ.

According to TPD, the training will "discuss preparedness strategies, potential warning signs and actual methods to consider if you are confronted with an active shooter."

Attendees must be 16 or older.
