City of Tucson officials installed the first of several TuGo bike share stations near the Tucson Convention Center.
TuGo is the city's new bike share program approved by city council last year.

The new station will be one of 36 self-service, solar-powered stations in the downtown and university areas. In total, the station will have 300 bikes available in total.
People can rent a bike for a day, a month, or even a year.
The program will begin later this year.
