Tucson Fire's Hazmat team responded to a fuel spill on Tucson's north side Friday.
According to a social media post from Tucson Fire, crews were dispatched to 3757 N. Romero Road at 10:19 a.m.
Engine 8 reported a truck with about 300 gallons of diesel fuel had damaged its tank, which was leaking.
The tank was torn as the truck was turning into a private driveway.
Crews isolated the leaking tank, plugged holes, and were able to drain it.
The tank was emptied and secured by 11:53 a.m.
