TUCSON, Ariz. — An afternoon trailer fire in central Tucson sent one person to the hospital Friday.
Tucson Fire says multiple 9-1-1 calls came in at 2 p.m. for reports of a trailer home fire in the 200 block of West Delano Street.
Crews arrived at the trailer park to find one unit fully engulfed.
The unit was not occupied by the time firefighters arrived, two people had already evacuated the trailer and another was helped from it. One person was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
The fire was controlled around 2:15 p.m.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
