TUCSON, Ariz. — A local bowling center is offering free bowling for kids this summer for the 5th year in a row.

Vantage Bowling Center is offering two free games per kid 18 and under until 6 p.m. Monday through Friday as part of a national program. This offer is at all four of their locations: Lucky Strike, Cactus Bowl, Tucson Bowl, and Fiesta Lane.

To get the offer, go to Kids Bowl Free, choose one of the four bowling centers, then register to get a printed or digital coupon.

One of the owners of Vantage Bowl Jill Theis said they've already seen a great turn out this year.

"The kids need something to do. They have to have something to keep them occupied, and like I said, with it being as hot as it is outside this is definitely the place to be," Theis said.

She said one of their locations is seeing 1,000 free games a week so far this summer.

This deal doesn't include shoes, but there is a $5.99 lunch box special for kids, and every purchase includes free bowling shoes.

Kids are not required to be supervised if they participate, but parents are welcome to join them. Theis said they're also running a $20.99 family package for all ages to come out to get the perfect strike.

Theis said Lucky Strike has been in Tucson for over 60 years, and they want to continue doing more programs, like kids bowl free, to support the community.
