Things got a little spooky Tuesday at Tucson Medical Center with the help of some Truly Nolen staff they threw a little trick or treat party for the kids.
The young patients got to work on Halloween-themed activity books, and interact with characters in costume.
Truly Nolen family Michelle Nolen said "They light up, they forget that they have something attached to them, they forget that they're at a hospital."
Nolen also said "One of the other benefits that i really like is you kind of see mom and dad get to have an exhale moment. they get to breathe they get to have somebody else interacting with their kids, they get to decompress for a second, they see their kids light up, and that gives them a little bit more energy to get through whatever they're battling."
The local business does this every year for little one's spending Halloween in the hospital.
