UPDATE: Police have identified the suspect in Monday's incident as 37-year-old Herman Archuleta, TPD says he has been released from the hospital was booked into Pima County Jail for three counts of 3rd-degree burglary and one count criminal damage.

According to Sgt. Bay with Tucson Police, a call was received about a burglary in progress at a mattress business.
Police said a man was inside the business and refused to come out.
The suspect surrendered peacefully and is now in the hospital for heat-related issues.
Charges are pending based on the suspect's release from the hospital.
