The Tucson Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating the driver and vehicle of a hit and run collision involving a pedestrian.
According to a press release from TPD, the incident happened on Friday, April 27, 2018, around 6:00 p.m near Speedway and Sarnoff.
Upon arrival, officers located a woman in the roadway with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
After an investigation, TPD learned that the woman was crossing the street and was not in a crosswalk at the time she was struck. The driver of the vehicle did not stop and continued eastbound on Speedway.
The detectives learned the female may be left paralyzed as a result of this collision, TPD said.
