Tucson Police are responding to a motorcycle accident near Prudence Road and Montecito Drive.
Sgt. Pete Dugan of Tucson Police says a driver failed to yield while pulling out of a driveway as the motorcyclist was struck.
The rider was taken to the hospital with serious but non life-threatening injuries.
