The Tucson Police Department tells KGUN 9 a non-life threatening car accident involving a motorcycle happened near East River Road and 1st Avenue.
Traffic is down to one lane, northbound on 1st Ave.
The accident involved two vehicles - a Buick and the motorcycle.
