Officers from the Tucson Police Department investigated a suspicious vehicle on the south side, according to Sgt. Kimberly Bay.
The driver of the vehicle, 57-year-old Richard Robillard, was arrested according to Bay.
He was booked into jail for trespassing on a critical public service facility.
