The Tucson Police Department is actively working a shooting that occurred near the Tucson Spectrum Tuesday afternoon.
According to Officer Hawkins with TPD, two suspects entered the Foot Locker in the Tucson Spectrum area while a third suspect waited in a car outside.
The suspects entered the store and were confronted by a store employee. An altercation ensued and the employee was assaulted.
The altercation continued outside where one of the suspects discharged his firearm but no one was shot.
TPD says that two suspects were arrested but the third suspect, a Hispanic male in his 20's has not been found.
