TUCSON, Ariz. — Police are investigating a shooting that happened near Glenn and Columbus Wednesday afternoon.
According to Sgt. Pete Dugan, two suspects have been detained.
Dugan says a man was selling property online and the two suspects agreed to meet in a parking lot.
After meeting each other, the two suspects attempted to rob the man, leading to shots being fired.
Dugan says officers were in the area for an unrelated incident and quickly responded, commanding the suspects to surrender.
The suspects then ran away, but were detained minutes later by police.
The victim is in the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
This is an ongoing investigation.
