TUCSON, Ariz. — Tucson Police are investigating the death of a mutilated dog found on the eastside Sunday.
TPD received a call from Pima Animal Control about a dead dog in the yard of a residence near Stella Road and Winona Circle.
TPD says they tried to make contact with the residents of the home, but they refused to talk.
The investigation is ongoing.
