TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) -- The Tucson Police bomb squad checked out a suspicious item left behind at the Taco Bell on Grant near Dodge Blvd.
The scene is all clear now and the backpack was not a threat.
Sgt. Kimberly Bay with TPD says employees called 911.
Detective Da Cruz with TPD said employees found a backpack that had been left at the restaurant for a couple of hours.
The fast-food restaurant was evacuated, Bay says, and Grant was shut down between Sparkman Blvd. and Palo Verde Ave for about two hours.
