TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - After searching for almost one year, Tucson Police have arrested the person who vandalized the Fox Theater in April of 2015.
Tucson Police say 21-year-old Xavier Chavez is now behind bars for causing $3,000 worth of damage at the Fox Theater.
TPD says in their investigation, they found out Chavez not only vandalized the theater but left graffiti throughout the city- another $1,600 in clean up costs.
Chavez was located and arrested on Saturday, February 6. He was booked into Pima County Jail on a Class 5 Felony charge of Criminal Damage.
