TUCSON, Ariz. — Spring is in the air and that can only mean one thing - gardening season has arrived!
Tohono Chul's Spring Plant Sale kicks off this weekend and offers more than 500 species of cacti, succulents, shrubs, trees, and flowering plants.
Volunteers will be on hand to help attendees choose the perfect species for Arizona's climate.
"Not only will they be available to help in finding the right plant, but can also share information on proper planting techniques and tips," Tohono Chul said in a press release.
The plant sale takes place from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 23 and from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 24.
"Spring is the most popular time to plant as you can reap the rewards of a beautiful backyard for the rest of the year!"
