TUCSON, Ariz. — A toddler is recovering this morning after a near drowning Tuesday afternoon near Sabino Canyon and Sunrise.
Rural Metro Fire says bystanders pulled the toddler from the pool and the child was awake and breathing when firefighters arrived.
