Three people and a cat escaped a Monday night house fire, but another cat died in the blaze.
According to Tucson Fire, the call came in from the 6200 block of East 29th Street at 6:05 p.m. Crews had the blaze under control by 6:22 p.m. Firefighters cut a ventilation hole on the roof to help put out the fire.
The Red Cross is helping the people who were displaced by the home.
The cause is under investigation.
