TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Fans gathered at the Tucson Convention Center last night in hopes that the Wildcats would take down the Sun Devils.

This is ASU's D2 Elite team, not to be confused with the Sun Devil program that went division 1 earlier this year.

UA fought to get numbers on the board and they were able to late into the third period when Alex O'dea assisted Roy Grandov to tie up the game, 1-1.

Shortly after this wildcat goal, ASU came back and scored which won them the game 2-1.

The two teams will play again tonight at 7:30 p.m. at the Tucson Convention Center and if you go, don't forget to wear your ugliest sweater because that's what the fans are asked to wear to tonight's game.
