The Tucson Jewish Community celebrates the original Earth Day.
Today parents, staff and students at the Tucson Hebrew Academy gave thanks for the earth and the food it produces.
Tu B'Shvat is one of the four major holidays on the Jewish Calendar.
The name comes from the Hebrew word for the actual date, the 15th day of Shevat.
