Across Arizona there are over 50,000 jobs currently available.
In Pima County employers are also looking to hire thousands of employees during the holiday season.
According to Pima County One Stop, the main quality employers look for while hiring is motivation.
"We hear this time and time again. We hear it at every level of position and career at every company that we've met and meet with and that is a motivated individual who's willing to work for the company and do what it takes to show up, to work with other people."
Program Manager with Pima County One Stop, Niles Urman, says there are plenty of opportunities out there but it takes patience and motivation to find them.
Pima County One Stop also provides free services such as: resume help, interview preparations and job workshops.
