Tucson Fire worked a fire at an apartment complex on Tucson's Eastside Wednesday morning.
Crews were dispatched to the fire near Speedway and Kolb at 8:28 a.m., according to a social media post from TFD.
They arrived to find black smoke coming from an apartment.
Crews knocked down the fire by 8:37, the post said.
One resident was transported to a local hospital, the post said.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
