Tucson Fire Captain Martin Green passed away unexpectedly this weekend, according to a post from TFD's Facebook page.
TFD says Green is survived by his wife and three children. Green spent 26 years with TFD.
TFD wrote the following on their Facebook page:
With profound sadness and a heavy heart, we announce the passing of TFD Captain Martin Green. Martin passed away unexpectedly this weekend. He is survived by his wife and three children. If you knew Martin, you were better for it as he truly made the world a better place. We are devastated by his loss and ask that you keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.
