Tucson Electric Power is helping Winterhaven residents prepare for this year's Festival of Lights.
TEP brought in giant bucket trucks to help decorate the treetops Monday morning.
The festival starts this Saturday, December 9, and runs until December 26 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. every night.
