The Swisshelms Fire has now burned a reported 10,500 acres and is at 30 percent containment.
The fire is burning 10 miles east of Elfrida.
The cause is yet to be determined.
There are currently 245 persons assigned with 7 crews, 7 engines, 4 tenders, 1 dozer, 5 helicopters and 5 airplanes.
According to the Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire, the flames continue to be active as it spreads through thick, dry fuels.
