Authorities were on the scene of a barricade situation in the 3600 block of Frankfort Stravenue near Palo Verde Road and Benson Highway.
According to TPD, the situation ended peacefully after lasting several hours.
Police say it started as a domestic violence incident and a woman ran out of the house screaming.
Neighbors called 9-1-1 and police arrived at 9 a.m. to find a man barricaded inside.
Detectives, hostage negotiators, and SWAT were all present.
