Detectives from the Sierra Vista Police Department have arrested 30-year-old Nathan Dominick Rojas following an investigation into a report of child molestation, according to a news release.
SVPD says they received a report Thursday night alleging that a 5-year-old child had been molested by a male acquaintance.
Detectives then served a search warrant at a residence on Silverado Drive Friday afternoon and arrested Rojas.
SVPD says Rojas has been charged with sexual conduct with a minor and two counts of sexual abuse. He has been booked into Cochise County Jail.
