A Sierra Vista motorcyclist died after a head-on collision Friday.
According to Sierra Vista police, 44-year-old David Phillips was riding southbound on State Route 92 -- near Saint Andrews Drive -- when a minivan driven by a 21-year-old hit him while turning left onto Saint Andrews.
No citations were issued. Police are continuing to investigate the wreck.
