TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) A suspected drunk driver may be facing charges after police say she ran her car into at least seven vehicles and ran over someone's foot.
Sgt. Pete Dugan with the Tucson Police Department says police got the call around 8:30 p.m. on Thursday. It happened at the Moose Lodge on the 2400 block of Harrison Road.
Police say an adult female in her 50's was at the lodge and when she was leaving, she backed her car out of the parking lot and hit a power pole, drove forward and then hit a car and a motorcycle. Dugan says she backed up again into a sidewalk area and hit about seven vehicles in total. She also ran over someone's foot, Dugan said, and that person was taken to the hospital but will be OK.
Officers say she was showing signs of intoxication. TPD is doing a DUI investigation and the woman will likely face felony charges for criminal damage and endangerment.
