Police in Glendale say a suspect in a deadly hit-and-run involving a van and a bicyclist seven months ago has been arrested.
They say 39-year-old Margarito Valencia Rodriguez is accused of leaving the scene of an accident causing death plus misdemeanor counts of providing a false name and driving on a suspended license.
The van was captured on surveillance footage, which was released to the media.
Police say investigators were able to identify Rodriguez as the driver with the help of anonymous tips.
They say 32-year-old Cleon Baker was riding a bicycle on March 29 when he was struck by a van, which fled the scene.
Baker died on April 30 due to complications from the injuries he suffered in the accident.
