Marana Police have arrested the man detained in Friday's Arizona Pavilions shooting near Cortaro.
According to the Marana Police Department, 26-year-old Marcus Dickson was booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Center on one count of manslaughter.
The man who was shot and killed has been identified as 40-year-old Martin Padilla.
Police say that both men were engaged in a physical confrontation just prior to the shooting.
Detectives are still investigating what led up to the confrontation.
