TUCSON, Ariz. -- The Oro Valley Police Department arrested, Timothy Charles Hart, 31, for a hit-and-run incident Wednesday morning.
OVPD say they got a call about a reckless driver near Oracle road. When arriving there, an officer saw two cars crashed near El Conquistador Way and Oracle Road around 9:26 a.m.
Police say Hart ran from the scene and was later arrested in a nearby apartment complex.
One victim is in the hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
OVPD says they allegedly connected Hart to a carjacking and armed robbery in Tucson.
Hart is being charged with carjacking, armed robbery, criminal damage and hit and run with serious physical injury and endangerment.
Suspect located and in custody.
