Suspect identified in hit and run that left two dead

Tucson police have identified the suspect in the hit and run incident that left two dead near Park and Drexel.

According to Tucson Police, 21-year-old Oscar Servando Garcia-Pineda is the person responsible for the collision on May 20. Tucson police have obtained a felony warrant for his arrest.

Garcia-Pineda is described as:

  • Hispanic male 
  • 5’4, 115 lbs
  • Black hair and brown eyes.
  • He has a tattoo on his chest with “GARCIA” and a tattoo on his right forearm with Roman numerals “MCMXCV” (1995).
  • He has a mole above his right eyebrow and two smaller moles above the left eyebrow.
  • He also has a scar above left eyebrow
