A truck that got stuck under the Sixth Street-Sixth Ave. underpass shut down traffic in both directions at the intersection Tuesday morning.
The driver of the truck did not want to be on camera, but he told KGUN9 that this delivery truck is taller than the others he usually drives for work and thought the truck would fit under the bridge.
Instead, the truck's roof was nearly ripped off. The truck is 13'6", but the underpass only has 10'11" clearance.
No one was injured when the truck collided with the underpass.
Officials removed the truck and reopened the road.
